Kalavantin Durg in Maharashtra is considered one of the most difficult treks situated in the Raigarh district. The fort is situated at the western ghats and it was built in the honor of a queen called Kalavantin during the 15th century. The place is also known by some other names including Kelve Teen, Kalavantinicha Sulka, or Kalavantin Pinnacle. In the Marathi language, the term “Durg” means “Fort”, but there is no such fort at the top of this place.
